Active sociological research activities also include discussions with stakeholder groups. Thus, within the framework of fieldwork in Stepanavan, a meeting was organized with a focus group composed of local stakeholders. Among the participants were both former and current officials, as well as individuals actively engaged in various spheres of the city’s life. The purpose of the meeting, that took place at Instepanavan Development Foundation, was to discuss the city’s past, progress in different areas of life, and the existing challenges.
