Center for creative technologies in Charentsavan
Charentsavan development project suggested by Mary Pepanyan, student of the National University of Architecture and Construction, also embraces five adjacent villages, which implies expanding development plans on larger administrative units.
The target of the development project is tourism industry: the reason is the community's location near Yerevan-Sevan highway, next to South Caucasus railroad station, and is rich in historic, cultural and natural landmarks.
Charentsavan will become a center to support development. The planned center for creative technologies will introduce the industrial past of the town, will promote local products, and will host exhibitions.
